Returns

If you are dissatisfied with ANY product from HappyPetSupplyShop.com, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product, less shipping costs. Should you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Warranties

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Davidson Company.  Any items covered by manufacturer warranty will be indicated as such on the documentation provided with the product. Please contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacement as instructed on the warranty documentation.

Shipping – Free Shipping on all orders over $50!!!

Products are shipped primarily via UPS, but some small light items may shipped via  USPS Priority.   The shipping costs are calculated using the UPS real time shipping calculator.  Orders with a total greater than $50 (before taxes, if any), will be shipped free of charge.

Taxes

We do not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California.  If you order within California, we charge 7.75% sales tax.

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@happypetsupplyshop.com to cancel an order.
